Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products and owning measurable business outcomes.
- Strong background building B2B SaaS products focused on self-serve customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from ideation through launch in fast-paced and highly autonomous environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and AI or data-focused teams to deliver innovative product experiences.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to independently explore data, form hypotheses, and drive decisions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and modern productivity tools, with an interest in leveraging automation to improve product development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and priorities.
- Strong product intuition and attention to detail, particularly regarding user experience, visual quality, and product craftsmanship.
- Ability to thrive in remote, async-first teams with minimal structure and high ownership expectations.
- Experience in creative tools, e-commerce products, photography, videography, or entrepreneurial environments is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for the self-serve product experience, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and product strategy.
- Identify, define, and prioritize user problems before translating them into scalable product solutions alongside design and engineering teams.
- Partner with AI researchers and technical teams to transform emerging AI capabilities into practical, user-focused features that increase engagement and revenue.
- Conduct regular user research and maintain close relationships with e-commerce sellers to continuously gather feedback and validate product decisions.
- Analyze product performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to inform prioritization, experimentation, and long-term strategy.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases efficiently.
- Create clarity and direction in ambiguous situations by structuring complex challenges and driving execution with minimal oversight.
- Continuously optimize the customer journey, self-serve growth mechanisms, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
- Ensure product experiences meet high standards of usability, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction across digital platforms.
