Requirements
- 3-5+ years executing email and SMS marketing programs at DTC consumer brands.
- Deep hands-on Klaviyo expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Recharge.
- Proficient with HTML and CSS.
- Power user of Excel, Google Sheets, and AI platforms.
- Demonstrated procedural QA discipline with documented checklists.
- Experience reconciling data across email, subscription, ecommerce, and attribution platforms.
- Solid understanding of marketing compliance regulations.
- Remote-first mindset with strong written communication.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Build and maintain automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back sequences.
- Manage send schedules and calendar coordination.
- Develop on-site lead capture and subscriber acquisition flows.
- Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioral and transactional attributes.
- Own inbox placement, sender reputation, and deliverability monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and SMS regulations.
- Reconcile data across Klaviyo, Recharge, Shopify Plus, and Northbeam.
- Execute A/B tests and report on performance metrics.
