Requirements

  • 4–6 years in digital marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with website performance and CRO.
  • Experience managing or closely partnering with an external paid media agency.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO, schema, redirects, and site architecture.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console.
  • Experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Hotjar or Optimizely.
  • Genuine openness to working with agentic AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own website performance, including conversion rates, user flows, and page-level metrics.
  • Drive the CRO program by designing experiments and managing test backlogs.
  • Manage technical SEO/AEO foundation including schema, redirects, and site architecture.
  • Manage external paid media agency, including briefing, performance reviews, and accountability.
  • Maintain landing page templates in HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Perform variance analysis on website, paid media, and SEO performance.
  • Partner with MOPS on attribution, tracking, and Salesforce configuration.
