- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commitment to non-transactional organizing.
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director in daily operations and troubleshooting.
- Manage Data Engineer to ensure precise list-cutting and technical support.
- Co-lead recruitment and onboarding for Organizers and Captains.
- Develop and deliver training modules for outreach and data systems.
- Lead quality control workflows to monitor outreach metrics.
- Analyze real-time performance data to drive strategic growth.
