Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of experience managing large scale program delivery in complex funding environments
- Experience with restricted public funding sources
- Proven ability to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into practical operational systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, grants, and partnership teams
- Experience in a top private or public sector organization
- Strong technical skills including data analysis
- Experience evaluating and stress-testing third-party tech platforms
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, planning, and execution of cash projects
- Build operational models for new programs
- Manage partnerships with vendors, subgrantees, and subcontractors
- Manage and motivate team members (U.S. Managers/Associates)
- Design processes ensuring U.S. project funding alignment with funder requirements
- Identify and de-risk operational vulnerabilities like fraud and brand risk
- Ensure clear communication and reporting to external agencies and funders
