Requirements
- Experience in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, or construction).
- Demonstrated experience participating in all phases of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver at least one full IPD project from initiation through completion.
- Strong project management expertise (financial oversight, schedule management).
- In-depth knowledge of IPD contract frameworks (e.g., CCDC 30).
- Proficiency in Lean principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear, proactive communication style and ability to work out loud.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Play a supporting role to the Project Manager/Coach while they lead and coach IPD and high-performance teams.
- Execute tasks assigned by PM/Coach, including developing project controls, financials, and performance metrics.
- Over-communicate status, progress, risks, and mitigation solutions to the PM/Coach.
- Mark tasks as complete in a timely manner.
- Actively listen and take notes in meetings as the formal record.
- Proactively coordinate with the team regarding meeting participation and note-taking expectations.
