- Expert-level phone skills
- Strong computer skills and CRM experience
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistent follow-up strategies
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional headset or microphone
Responsibilities
- Make 100-140+ outbound calls daily to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Convert interested prospects into booked appointments for dental practice partners
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads through multiple touchpoints
- Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and track all interactions
- Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets
