Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads based on basic criteria (role, industry, need, budget alignment)
  • Schedule meetings using tools like Calendly, HubSpot, or Outlook
  • Manage multiple time zones and ensure accurate bookings
  • Log all activity in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records
  • Work with SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives to align on target prospects
  • Track key metrics like calls made, emails sent, and appointments booked
