Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or hunter-style sales.
- High-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience mandatory.
- High 'D' and 'i' DISC profile.
- Assertive and professional verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with zero hand-holding.
- C1 English level proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Independently research and build targeted calling lists from the internet.
- Execute high-volume outbound calling cadences.
- Leverage GoHighLevel CRM for data management and power-dialer functionality.
- Convert outbound conversations into booked discovery meetings.
- Qualify prospects to ensure meeting quality.
- Refine scripts and objection-handling rebuttals based on market feedback.
- Track and communicate daily outreach activity metrics.
