Requirements
- Near native English fluency.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (1 year+ preferred).
- Experience performing discovery, building rapport, and handling objections.
- Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus).
- Ability to adhere strictly to defined processes and scripts.
- Fast and reliable internet (25-50 Mbps minimum).
- Computer with at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred).
- Wired headset and mouse.
- Familiarity with salon/beauty industry or B2C appointment-based services.
- AI literacy in business/sales applications.
Responsibilities
- Execute word-for-word call scripts from greeting to booking.
- Respond to inbound SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs.
- Create and manage follow-up tasks in the CRM.
- Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Contact no-shows to re-engage them on the calendar.
- Coordinate with hair stylists regarding scheduling needs.
- Complete end-of-day reporting and weekly KPI reviews.
