Requirements
- Experience designing complex, multi-actor B2B workflows.
- Strong proficiency in systems thinking, information architecture, and design systems.
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and hiring designers.
- Ability to influence product strategy using customer evidence and data.
- Hands-on design capability in Figma and ability to guide product work.
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CPO and CTO on product strategy and roadmap development.
- Lead end-to-end design for customer workflows, field tools, and internal operations.
- Evolve and scale the company design system across web and mobile platforms.
- Establish research habits to keep teams close to user workflows.
- Define AI product strategy with a focus on trust, reliability, and transparency.
- Manage and hire design team members, providing coaching and craft development.
- Ensure brand consistency as a core component of the product experience.
