Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex contracts in the collectively bargained marketplace
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the Taft-Hartley market
  • Understanding of health & welfare fund operations and collective bargaining strategy
  • Knowledge of the trustee decision-making process and ERISA
  • Existing network of fund administrators, consultants, and channel partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interpret and discuss performance metrics and financial models
  • Comfort with ambiguity and approximately 50% travel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market
  • Own pipeline generation, deal progression, and bookings targets
  • Build relationships with fund administrators, union trustees, benefits consultants, and brokers
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and Product to support RFP/RFI responses
  • Represent Maven at key Labor industry conferences, trade shows, and fund events
  • Serve as a thought leader and internal champion for the Labor market
