Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, or revenue performance leadership.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPIC/MEDDPICC required).
- Experience building enablement programs for internal sales and external partner communities.
- Ability to translate complex technical product capabilities into training content.
- Proficiency with enablement platforms and LMS tools (e.g., Mindtickle, Articulate 360, Descript, Credly).
- Strong data orientation and ability to report on KPIs.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary conduit between Product Management, Product Marketing, and the field.
- Execute the global Sales Enablement roadmap across 8 structured learning tracks.
- Design and deliver modular, role-based learning programs including onboarding and simulations.
- Extend the enablement model to the partner community via co-sell playbooks and training.
- Oversee technical training curriculum for customers and partners using Credly.
- Manage KPIs such as pipeline per cohort, win rates, and new hire ramp time.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing enablement team.
