Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access concepts
  • Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks and enterprise security architectures
  • Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services
  • Knowledge of cloud security practices including CSPM, CASB, and infrastructure security principles
  • Proven experience supporting SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to run POCs, manage technical validation processes, and resolve complex technical objections
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Master’s a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical partner to the sales team, supporting enterprise opportunities across the full sales cycle
  • Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and tailored solution walkthroughs for prospective customers
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their identity, access, and cybersecurity challenges and map solutions accordingly
  • Manage and execute proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring technical validation and success criteria are met
  • Identify and qualify new technical sales opportunities in collaboration with account executives
  • Address technical objections and provide deep expertise in identity management and cloud security domains
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding
  • Support post-sales activities including deployment guidance, troubleshooting, and customer success enablement
  • Develop technical proposals and contribute to strategic sales planning and execution
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, identity governance, and cloud security best practices to strengthen solution positioning
