Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- Strong expertise in identity and access management, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access concepts
- Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks and enterprise security architectures
- Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services
- Knowledge of cloud security practices including CSPM, CASB, and infrastructure security principles
- Proven experience supporting SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to run POCs, manage technical validation processes, and resolve complex technical objections
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Master’s a plus)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical partner to the sales team, supporting enterprise opportunities across the full sales cycle
- Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and tailored solution walkthroughs for prospective customers
- Engage directly with clients to understand their identity, access, and cybersecurity challenges and map solutions accordingly
- Manage and execute proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, ensuring technical validation and success criteria are met
- Identify and qualify new technical sales opportunities in collaboration with account executives
- Address technical objections and provide deep expertise in identity management and cloud security domains
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding
- Support post-sales activities including deployment guidance, troubleshooting, and customer success enablement
- Develop technical proposals and contribute to strategic sales planning and execution
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, identity governance, and cloud security best practices to strengthen solution positioning
