Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities.
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap.
- Empathize with customer problems to collect needs and requirements.
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence.
- Work with PMM to enable go-to-market strategies.
- Make decisions about product pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
- Define test result integration with Grafana Cloud metrics, logs, and traces.
