Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of shipping software that made a difference for customers.
- Excellent product sense and opinionated view on successful solutions.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to perform research.
- Strong data fluency to integrate quantitative and qualitative information.
- Proficiency handling ambiguity and setting clear goals.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence with technical complexity and high-level architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own the understand half of reporting end-to-end including data models, builder experience, and curated reports.
- Partner with the AI team to own the anticipate half of reporting and actionable suggestions.
- Define the data foundation that scales reporting across sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, and loyalty.
- Ensure reporting serves as a key driver for customer retention and sales growth.
- Aggregate customer signal from support tickets, ride-alongs, and churn data to set priorities.
- Partner daily with the EM and engineering team on Money & Risk.
- Work cross-functionally with POS, Online Ordering, Loyalty, Labor, Finance, Support, Customer Success, and Sales.
