Requirements

  • Four-year college degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
  • Proven ownership of complex product areas and delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated business impact in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Experience leading discovery and experimentation efforts.
  • Strong track record of long-term product vision and making principled tradeoffs.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs and building business cases.
  • Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents and leading sprint planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Deep commitment to customer research and understanding user workflows.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform, translating company goals and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration to ensure on-time delivery and measurable impact.
  • Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support to align on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
  • Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Lead comprehensive QA processes and define acceptance criteria to uphold product reliability.
  • Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders to foster strong product thinking.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive go-to-market strategies and feature adoption.
