Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B software (Enterprise/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer-focused work.
  • Structured and efficient use of multiple communication media and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong sales mentality with proactive approach to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and argumentative skills.
  • Proven success in lead nurturing and new customer acquisition.
  • Resilience and ability to remain authentic in challenging situations.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads to generate interest in Lanes & Planes.
  • Support and expand the sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Senior Account Executive.
  • Contact potential leads through various channels to navigate complex enterprise structures.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Conceptualize and maintain new lead sources to expand the enterprise customer pool.
  • Perform market research to identify new customer segments.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and maintain structured records.
