Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B software (Enterprise/SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer-focused work.
- Structured and efficient use of multiple communication media and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong sales mentality with proactive approach to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and argumentative skills.
- Proven success in lead nurturing and new customer acquisition.
- Resilience and ability to remain authentic in challenging situations.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads to generate interest in Lanes & Planes.
- Support and expand the sales pipeline in close collaboration with the Senior Account Executive.
- Contact potential leads through various channels to navigate complex enterprise structures.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
- Conceptualize and maintain new lead sources to expand the enterprise customer pool.
- Perform market research to identify new customer segments.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and maintain structured records.
