Responsibilities

- Expand knowledge of software, new features, and payroll/accounting best practices.
- Work independently while collaborating remotely with team members.
- Handle sensitive customer information securely.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Provide guidance on new features and software functionality.
