Requirements
- Experience in high-growth environments, particularly SaaS companies.
- Strategic experience partnering with GTM management teams.
- Experience working remotely and coordinating internationally.
- Strong process-oriented mindset and ability to create structure.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels (Zoom, Slack, in-person).
- AI-fluent, tool-agnostic, and skilled in using LLMs for workflows.
- Strong facilitation and presentation experience.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams building trusted advisor status.
- Design and lead the annual delivery of the org’s People Plan agenda.
- Facilitate and present enablement topics remotely and at in-person offsites.
- Identify needs and gaps to improve organizational health metrics.
- Support new and experienced people managers within the GTM function.
- Partner with the People team to deliver talent, performance, and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to the enhancement and delivery of enablement processes.
- Build AI-driven enablement workflows and manager readiness diagnostics.
