Requirements
- 8-12 years in partner management.
- Experience driving partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, commercetools, Shopify, Algolia, EPAM).
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while applying business judgment.
- Solid knowledge of engagement with partners to promote SaaS products.
- Experience integrating solutions with partner platforms.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to initiate change.
- Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner relationships from onboarding to market awareness and pipeline building.
- Develop joint plans with large strategic commerce partners and track progress.
- Identify and build joint solutions with partners.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for partners within the global sales organization.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to optimize sales processes.
- Provide guidance on partner growth strategies.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships.
- Coordinate with the global partnership team on best practices.
- Create and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
