Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or community-led growth.
- Deep ties to Atlanta’s creative economy.
- Proven ability to launch initiatives and partnerships in new markets.
- Success negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- Experience building sponsorship programs or strategic alliances.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Media relations experience preferred.
- Experience within entertainment production or creative services preferred.
- Familiarity with the financial needs of freelancers and gig workers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market-entry and growth strategies.
- Own the end-to-end B2B partnership lifecycle.
- Build and manage a lead-generation engine.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning.
- Identify and close scalable partnerships.
- Structure partnership proposals and coordinate with Legal/Compliance.
- Develop sponsorship packages and secure event sponsorships.
- Manage strategic partner relationships post-close.
- Serve as a local ambassador and spokesperson.
- Build relationships with key B2B stakeholders and local creators.
