Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client development, relationship management, or enterprise sales, ideally in payments or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of payment technologies, industry trends, and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~25%)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and identification of new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
  • Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and retention, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure contractual and compliance adherence
  • Lead business reviews, presentations, and ongoing strategic discussions with stakeholders
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making
