Requirements
- 8+ years of project or program management experience.
- 3+ years in product development within CPG, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of product launches in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in project planning, stage-gate, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Airtable, Wrike, or MS Project.
- Ability to implement or scale project management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building or scaling a PM function from the ground up (preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (required).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of the product development roadmap.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans and milestone tracking.
- Lead stage-gate governance processes, including kickoffs and reviews.
- Identify and resolve risks and dependencies across workstreams.
- Manage cross-functional resourcing and capacity planning.
- Establish stakeholder communication cadences and reporting.
- Design and optimize project management systems and automation.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
- Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
