Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
At least 3+ years leading cross-functional product development in CPG, beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
Proven success delivering complex product launches end-to-end.
Hands-on experience standing up or upgrading PM systems (Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, Jira, MS Project).
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation for workflows.
Strong command of project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience building or maturing a project management function preferred.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification preferred.

Manage the timeline and delivery of the full product development roadmap projects across cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain integrated master project plans, critical paths, and milestone schedules.
Drive disciplined stage-gate execution and lead milestone/risk reviews.
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and dependencies.
Manage resourcing and build capacity models to inform prioritization.
Communicate portfolio progress through status updates and executive readouts.
Implement and optimize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and AI-enabled workflows.
Define and improve project management standards and templates.
Partner with cross-functional departments including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Supply Chain.
