Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Ownership of product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Design Thinking, Lean product management, and experimentation methods.
- Analytical and data-informed decision-making ability.
- Proven success influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading or coaching other Product Managers.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day end-to-end merchant and partner onboarding.
- Define strategic direction of the onboarding product experience.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to release.
- Gather and analyze market data and financial viability for new ideas.
- Collaborate with training, sales, and support on product positioning.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers.
- Manage and report on key metrics for onboarding initiatives.
- Partner with R&D and operations to create operationally sound products.
