- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and content acceleration.
- Ability to turn complex product information into consumable assets.
- Data-driven storytelling ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Equip partners to pitch and support Loop with confidence.
- Build and maintain partner-facing content including slides, case studies, battle cards, and demo narratives.
- Develop Claude skills and templates to scale asset creation and merchant communication.
- Manage consistent partner communications including newsletters and product updates.
- Translate product roadmaps into partner-ready education.
- Prioritize, source, and write mutual customer case studies focused on data.
- Triage and manage ad-hoc partner marketing requests.
- Support planning and execution of partner-focused events.
