Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, public health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US market access, payer operations, or pharmaceutical commercial operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional deliverables, material review, and approval processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day market access operational activities to support brand and portfolio objectives.
  • Manage the creation, review, and approval of market access marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Support launch and in-line product access needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of access resources.
  • Provide operational support for payer-facing initiatives, including account planning, information requests, and coverage-related processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to monitor material usage, payer coverage trends, and overall access performance.
  • Identify barriers to patient access and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on market access operations, tools, and processes.
