Requirements

- Commercial awareness regarding pipeline generation, lead qualification, and sales performance
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions and vendor coordination
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact field marketing programs across North America, including owned events, third-party sponsorships, roundtables, and targeted in-market activations that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives
- Own end-to-end event and campaign logistics, from venue and supplier coordination to attendee communications, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
- Partner closely with Sales teams to align field marketing activities with territory priorities, pipeline needs, and commercial goals
- Build knowledge of target markets and buyer audiences, contributing insights to campaign planning
- Manage and maintain the field marketing activity calendar, proactively coordinating timelines and resolving dependencies
- Support the development of compelling sales collateral and marketing assets, collaborating with creative and product marketing teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
