  • Experience in partner-led or channel-driven marketing environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency with marketing workflow/automation tools (e.g., Asana, Stensul).
  • Experience with event platforms (e.g., Goldcast).
  • Analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Experience applying AI-powered tools or automation in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated field marketing programs focused on the Mid-Market segment.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align regional priorities and revenue targets.
  • Activate global engagement, event, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing for partner co-marketing and activation.
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns for the North American market.
  • Champion AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and conversion rates.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members.
