- Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency with marketing workflow/automation tools (e.g., Asana, Stensul).
- Experience with event platforms (e.g., Goldcast).
- Analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Experience applying AI-powered tools or automation in marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated field marketing programs focused on the Mid-Market segment.
- Partner with sales leadership to align regional priorities and revenue targets.
- Activate global engagement, event, and account-based marketing programs.
- Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing for partner co-marketing and activation.
- Adapt and localize global campaigns for the North American market.
- Champion AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and conversion rates.
- Manage, coach, and develop team members.
