Requirements

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically within field marketing, event planning, or regional campaign work.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience executing account-based marketing programs across digital, direct mail, and in-person touchpoints, working from a defined target account list to engage and move named accounts through the funnel.
  • Experience planning or supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when partnering across teams and with Sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt messaging and assets for regional use and ensure programs resonate with local audiences.
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track program performance and report on results.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage details in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with local sales teams to understand regional priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs. Provide ongoing marketing support to help advance opportunities.
  • Adapt and activate global integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring proper localization of messaging, assets, and channels as needed.
  • Plan and manage logistics for field events including meetups, workshops, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate vendor management, promotions, and on-site execution to ensure successful experiences.
  • Support account-based initiatives, webinars, workshops, and regional programs that drive engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Events, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and visibility into regional activities.
  • Execute regional programs designed to generate qualified leads and accelerate existing opportunities. Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.
  • Coordinate translation needs, regional messaging adjustments, and asset adaptation to ensure relevance for regional audiences.
  • Track basic performance metrics for regional activities, including attendance, lead volume, and initial pipeline influence. Share insights and feedback with Marketing leadership.
  • Assist with the management of regional marketing spend, including vendor invoices, event costs, and resource coordination.
  • Provide feedback on customer interests, competitive activity, and market observations that can inform broader marketing efforts.
