Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, content management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects within fast-paced, product-driven, or regulated environments.
- Solid understanding of trading platforms, financial technology products, digital assets, or related markets.
- Excellent written and editorial communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, marketing tools, reporting frameworks, and structured workflow systems.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and maintain execution discipline in a fully remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, launches, and initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across product updates, educational initiatives, promotional activities, and platform announcements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, compliance, legal, operations, and design teams to define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor campaign execution, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee content production workflows, ensuring assets are properly scoped, reviewed, approved, and delivered according to deadlines and quality standards.
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality written content including blog articles, newsletters, educational materials, website copy, and platform communications.
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, strategically aligned, and optimized for clarity, SEO, and professional audiences where applicable.
- Prepare performance reports, campaign summaries, and documentation to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Manage content publishing across CMS platforms and distribution channels while maintaining structured documentation and workflow processes.
