Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or healthcare-related environments.
- Exposure to IT system implementations.
- Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Hands-on experience in process mapping and workflow design.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple complex projects.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with project and process tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operational transformation and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process mapping sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations, IT, and engineering teams.
- Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track project performance, report progress to leadership, and leverage data insights to measure ROI.
- Support post-implementation stabilization and ensure adoption.
- Ensure all processes and solutions comply with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
