Requirements
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
- Prior scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
- High proficiency and experience using P6 Software.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes.
- Understanding of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to travel to jobsites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor assigned schedulers.
- Develop and maintain integrated EPC project schedules using P6 software.
- Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to enhance schedule accuracy.
- Update schedules bi-monthly and monitor critical path deviations.
- Perform 'what-if' analysis for changing conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive delay logs and contract information.
- Visit job sites to build rapport and understand site-specific details.
