Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of logistics experience.
- Experience in a time-critical logistics environment (air/express/courier).
- Knowledge of Import/Export operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Experience with Dangerous Goods (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via phone and email.
- Liaise with agents, carriers, and brokers to secure scheduling and pricing.
- Manage routing and preparation of pre-alert documentation.
- Book air and ground shipments and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain shipment milestones in the TMS in real-time.
- Follow up on shipments to meet customer commitments and react to delays.
- Update clients, sales, and internal teams regarding status changes.
- Prepare shipping documents including BOL, MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, and Certification of Origin.
- Develop pricing and routing solutions for various air freight modes.
