Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in appointment setting, client relationship, or sales support
  • Experience in property or real estate investment preferred
  • Ability to qualify leads and overcome objections
  • Excellent spoken English with persuasive communication style
  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM
  • Proficiency with outbound dialers
  • Highly organised and self-managed
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week) during client's core timezone
  • Reliable internet, own computer, and quality headset

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage leads and qualify interest
  • Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps
  • Book demos, consultations, and Zoom sessions with the sales or advisory team
  • Maintain high show-up rates through structured reminders and follow-up sequences
  • Conduct lead qualification using clear frameworks and client criteria
  • Manage and update pipelines including call logs, notes, and lead statuses
  • Respond to inbound questions via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messaging
  • Prepare daily or weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve booking efficiency
