Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in appointment setting, client relationship, or sales support
- Experience in property or real estate investment preferred
- Ability to qualify leads and overcome objections
- Excellent spoken English with persuasive communication style
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM
- Proficiency with outbound dialers
- Highly organised and self-managed
- Available full-time (40 hours/week) during client's core timezone
- Reliable internet, own computer, and quality headset
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage leads and qualify interest
- Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through next steps
- Book demos, consultations, and Zoom sessions with the sales or advisory team
- Maintain high show-up rates through structured reminders and follow-up sequences
- Conduct lead qualification using clear frameworks and client criteria
- Manage and update pipelines including call logs, notes, and lead statuses
- Respond to inbound questions via phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or platform messaging
- Prepare daily or weekly performance reports
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve booking efficiency
