Responsibilities
- Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals
- Keep the pipeline clean
- Hand over smoothly to onboarding
- Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls
- Rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision
- Send proposals within 24 hours
- Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals
