Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of enterprise account management or sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM tools
  • Background in the mortgage or loan industry
  • Track record of winning new business with large, complex organizations
  • Experience with SalesForce, Hubspot or other pipeline management tools
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, and Command the Message methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with new enterprise lending institutions—specifically targeting IMBs, Credit Unions, and Banks that are not yet utilizing the Mortgage Coach platform.
  • Work closely with executive leadership teams at these institutions to understand their specific lending goals.
  • Position platform as a key driver for digital transformation and loan officer productivity.
  • Manage the unique complexities of mortgage enterprise sales, taking ownership from initial outreach to negotiating multi-year agreements.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the implementation team.
  • Maintain an organized and predictable sales funnel.
  • Act as the voice of the market for Product and Marketing teams.
