Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or clinical SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with health system or hospital customers
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Strong executive presence for engaging C-suite, VP, and clinical leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Disciplined pipeline hygiene
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through contract negotiation and close
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, conference presence, and inbound leads
- Engage multi-stakeholder buying committees including C-suite and clinical leadership
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect challenges and articulate Avo's value
- Navigate complex procurement, RFPs, security reviews, and legal negotiations
- Collaborate with clinical success, product, and marketing teams
- Contribute to sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning
- Accurately forecast pipeline and report activity in HubSpot CRM
- Represent Avo at industry conferences and customer advisory events
