Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
  • Ability to provide HR support on employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in data integrity and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboardings) across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide sound guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and employees, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding and employee relations.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
  • Monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
