Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Ability to provide HR support on employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
- Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Proficiency in data integrity and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboardings) across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide sound guidance on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and employees, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
- Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
- Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform.
- Respond to queries on offboarding and employee relations.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
- Monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
