Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, English, philosophy, political science, pre-law, or similar.
- Demonstrated attention to detail through projects or work.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Flexibility to work at least four hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Draft and refine contracts with guidance and structured training.
- Verify that quotes accurately reflect what the customer is buying.
- Build working knowledge of Percona's expert consulting and support services.
- Partner with internal teams to build negotiation skills.
- Review red-lined agreements, spot issues, and propose solutions.
- Respond to RFPs, vendor forms, and questionnaires.
- Communicate terms and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support time-sensitive requests across time zones.
- Progress toward becoming an advisor on deal structure, pricing, and process.
