Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits.
- Expertise in employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
- Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for automation and process optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous collaboration and remote work tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and separations.
- Draft and administer termination documents with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Payroll, Legal, and Customer Success via HRIS.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
