  • Understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for automation and process optimization.
  • Experience with asynchronous collaboration and remote work tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and separations.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Payroll, Legal, and Customer Success via HRIS.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development.
