Responsibilities
- Supporting new hire onboarding programs and orientation experiences.
- Partnering cross-functionally and with business leaders to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Managing employee engagement including milestone programs and culture-building efforts.
- Supporting employee relations matters including performance improvement and coaching.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Supporting and evolving performance management practices.
- Coordinating learning, development, and manager enablement programs.
- Contributing to organizational transformation and AI-enabled innovation initiatives.
