Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles
- Experience directly supporting managers on performance and employee relations
- Experience running or supporting core people processes such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave coordination
- Strong judgment in sensitive and ambiguous situations
- Ability to coach managers with both candor and care
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to influence without formal authority and hold others accountable
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with managers on performance conversations, feedback, and team effectiveness
- Coach managers through challenges including underperformance, team dynamics, and development planning
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and early-stage grievances
- Support conflict resolution and help address issues early
- Drive execution of performance review cycles
- Own engagement survey logistics and ensure follow-through on action plans
- Provide consultative guidance to managers and employees navigating leaves of absence, accommodations, and policy questions
- Identify patterns across teams and recommend improvements for clarity and fairness
