Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles
  • Experience directly supporting managers on performance and employee relations
  • Experience running or supporting core people processes such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave coordination
  • Strong judgment in sensitive and ambiguous situations
  • Ability to coach managers with both candor and care
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and hold others accountable

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with managers on performance conversations, feedback, and team effectiveness
  • Coach managers through challenges including underperformance, team dynamics, and development planning
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and early-stage grievances
  • Support conflict resolution and help address issues early
  • Drive execution of performance review cycles
  • Own engagement survey logistics and ensure follow-through on action plans
  • Provide consultative guidance to managers and employees navigating leaves of absence, accommodations, and policy questions
  • Identify patterns across teams and recommend improvements for clarity and fairness
