Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience leading execution for several successful company-wide Employee Experience programs
- Experience supporting ERGs in a prior role
- Excellent design skills (deck-building, graphic design, video editing, or other)
- Strong time management and operational skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting or running employee engagement or community programs
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of core Experience programs: ERGs, new hire onboarding, Snoo Community Funds, speaker series, and year-end programming.
- Support ERG leaders and community organizers with structure, tools, and guidance.
- Manage program timelines, communications, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and local teams.
- Track budgets and ensure programs are delivered within scope.
- Track participation, engagement, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve programs and processes and share insights with leadership.
- Collaborate across Comms, People, and other partner teams.
