Responsibilities
- Develop and manage P-5 Policy Network project plans via Asana
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and meeting preparation
- Draft, proof, and format correspondence and slide decks for meetings
- Coordinate virtual meetings and engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and administrative systems
- Maintain grants management records and support the full grants lifecycle
- Build and maintain trust-centered relationships with Network members
- Identify opportunities to build external partnerships
