Responsibilities
- Own the customer implementation journey for small to mid-sized accounts.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects and track milestones.
- Partner with firm administrators and key users to align priorities.
- Lead kickoff meetings, configuration sessions, and training.
- Guide customers on workflow setup and platform best practices.
- Coach customers through change management processes.
- Ensure data integrity during imports and migrations using Excel.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless handoffs.
- Utilize AI tools to support project planning and optimization.
