Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members
- 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions
- Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design
- Proven pre-sales experience including discovery, scoping, and estimation
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across SDLC
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance
- Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience creating SOWs and Change Orders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, own and manage customer relationship, from a delivery perspective
- Provide oversight on project teams ensuring compliance, quality, and satisfaction
- Act as a thought leader helping customers identify areas of further transformation
- Participate in customer sales cycles, scoping, estimates, and staffing needs
- Transition customers from sales process to project delivery including SOW reviews
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure appropriate project staffing
- Drive internal initiatives for innovation and enterprise delivery methodology
- Contribute to leadership level and advocate for the company brand
