Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
  • Track and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
  • Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items and owners
  • Communicate project status, updates, and next steps to customers and internal teams
  • Assist with onboarding activities including access setup and scheduling for clients
  • Support documentation of project processes, workflows, and deliverables
  • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed
  • Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to support issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate project records in internal systems
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through documentation and feedback
