Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Responsibilities
- Support multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
- Track and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items and owners
- Communicate project status, updates, and next steps to customers and internal teams
- Assist with onboarding activities including access setup and scheduling for clients
- Support documentation of project processes, workflows, and deliverables
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to support issue resolution
- Maintain accurate project records in internal systems
- Support continuous improvement efforts through documentation and feedback
