Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a proven track record of rapid progression in a sales closing role.
- Demonstrated success selling mid-market or SMB deals, typically in the $20K–$60K ACV range.
- Strong ability to engage with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders at early-stage and high-growth companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent deals.
- Strong intellectual curiosity with an interest in business operations, finance workflows, and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the full SMB sales cycle from qualification to close, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect financial workflows and identify how the platform can simplify planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to the needs of early-stage finance teams and SMB customers.
- Manage negotiations and close deals efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, improve product feedback loops, and optimize the SMB sales motion.
- Maintain a structured pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization, and timely follow-ups across all opportunities.
- Continuously refine sales processes and contribute to the evolution of the SMB go-to-market strategy.
